Please find below all necessary documents for the products sale. Copies of all official documents are submitted to dealers and official partners based on request of court authorities and special services.

Please be aware that international resolutions and certificates can be invalid in the Russian Federation however they are issued according to the regulations of foreign countries; they are issued not for construction (Sky Lantern) but for materials out of which this construction is made. These documents are submitted by our suppliers and on behalf of them.

Resolution: Rospotrebnadzor Department for Primorskiy Krai informs: drawing up of epidemiological resolution for the product-article of the Company “Sky Lanterns” (Individual Entrepreneur Skavysh E.L.) “Sky Lanterns” made of paper is not required. Ground: instruction of the Federal Service fir supervision in field of protection of consumers’ rights and human well-being dated 19.07.2007 No. 224 “About sanitary and epidemiological examinations, investigations, researches, tests and toxic, hygienic, and other types of assessment”.

Respiratory organs: hot steam causes an irritation

Skin contact: irritation is hardly probable except idiosyncrasy

Eye contact: not strong irritation is probable

Deglutition case: infliction of injury is hardly probable except deglutition of large quantity of substance

First-aid:

Respiratory organs: Go out to open air immediately. In case of long-term effect attend a medical examination.

Skin contact: Wash properly with water and soap, taking out dirty cloths. In case of increased irritation attend a medical examination.

Eye contact: Wash properly with large quantity of water. In case of strong irritation attend a medical examination.

Deglutition: Remove material from mouth. Don’t make nauseate. Drink large quantity of water or milk for dissolution. Attend a medical examination.

Fire safety measures:

Extinguishing agents: water, powder, CO2, foam extinguisher. Water extinction could be ineffective but it should be used to cool fire undefended containers and washout spill of fire.

Inapplicable extinguishing agents: water jet.

Special hazard: Combustible dust could be ignited. Thermal decomposition enables occurrence of irritating gases and steam.

Fire protection equipment: Use self-contained breathing apparatus and completely protected clothes.

Other information: Prevent ingress of surface and subterranean waters in firefighting water.
